Jody is a native Salinan and enjoys working out at the gym, spending time with her grandchildren and she specializes in new construction helping buyers from start to finish with all the decisions necessary to build and add finishes to their dream homes. Jody is married to Karl Ryan, a funeral director with his family business; and she has two daughters both living in Salina; Morgan and Madison.
